We had to get a state licensed architect to draw the plans for the new hall in order to gain the approval of New York State.

We wanted, among other things, heating, plumbing, and brick walls in the new fire hall – all of which had to be agreed upon by the board. Changing plans takes a great deal of visualization, patience, and yes, unfortunately, arguments.
